Payment/Cancellation
30% deposit of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking within a week from the booking date. The remaining balance to be settled upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation, or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner has the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, minus the administrative fee. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded. Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.

Property owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience. Neither can the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest`s holiday where such failure is not reasonably fault of the owner.
In case of any charges remaining not settled after my departure, I authorize Vrachos Beach Hotel to charge my credit card. The Hotel is not responsible for any damages caused to the cars parked inside (or outside) the hotel parking. Finally, the Hotel is not responsible in case of loss of any valuable items from the rooms.

Pets are not allowed.
Extra beds
There is the possibility of placing a portable bed for the 3rd person in the studios or the 5th person in some apartments for an extra charge of 10.00 € per night. Maximum capacity of extra beds in the studios or apartments is 1.
